Theory test vs practical test

Let us look at both Theory test and practical test and figure out what are theirs advantages and disadvantages and general differences. They are both very important and obligatory. You are supposed to take a theory test first and than if you will finish it with positive result you are allowed to try passing the practical test. If you were to choose which one is more important what would be your answer? I guess that they are both really significant and are helpful as far as obtaining driving license is concerned. But in my opinion practical test is more important as it is able to try out all the skills needed to drive a car. You have to know both highway code as well as road behavior in order to pass this test. While the other test is only valid if we take under consideration highway code. . That being the case it is also quite obvious that it is a practical test that is more difficult. Despite this comparison I still think practical test demands more skills from people approaching it to pass than theory test.
